Terms of Service
LegalOS is a product of ComplyraOne by TechPeak Lab.
Acceptance
By using LegalOS you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use LegalOS on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
Service and licensing
Access and features are governed by your organization's plan tier and license status. You must not exceed your seat limit or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, or non-compliance with these terms.
Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region (for example, GBP for the United Kingdom, EUR for the European Union, or USD). Prices are monthly unless otherwise stated. Display currency is determined by location signals (such as CF-IPCountry or equivalent) and is for convenience only; it does not change your contractual currency where different.
Grandfathered pricing
If you were on a plan or price before a change, we may grandfather your existing price for the duration of your then-current term. We will notify you before applying any new price to your account. Grandfathered pricing does not apply to new seats or plan upgrades unless we explicitly agree in writing.
